I have spent the past decade working on a wide range of yachts, combining formal sailing education with hands-on experience at sea. As your captain, I bring a calm, approachable manner and a focus on making your time onboard feel relaxed and welcoming.

My career has taken me through the Mediterranean and Caribbean, as well as further afield to Antarctica, the Drake Passage, Cape Horn, the Pacific Northwest, British Columbia, Seychelles, Dubai and South America. Sailing in such varied places has taught me the value of careful preparation, adaptability and a good team, wherever the journey takes us.

I'm a hands-on captain who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and takes pride in creating a comfortable, respectful atmosphere onboard. Clear communication and thoughtful preparation are central to how I work, so you can settle in, enjoy your surroundings and make the most of your time at sea.

I am originally from South Africa and have a background in luxury hospitality, aviation and yachting. I've had the opportunity to work and travel internationally, which has given me a real love for meeting new people, discovering different cultures and creating memorable experiences for guests.

I've always enjoyed making people feel comfortable, looked after and at home, and working on yachts has brought all of that together for me. As your stewardess and cook onboard, I love combining warm, attentive service with fresh, wholesome and beautifully prepared food.

I enjoy Mediterranean and European-style cooking, but I also love experimenting in the kitchen and bringing in different flavours and influences from around the world. For me, food is a big part of the experience - whether it's a relaxed breakfast, a fresh lunch after a day in the water, or dinner enjoyed together as the sun goes down.

I'm naturally quite easy-going and enjoy the little details that make people feel special. My goal is to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere onboard, so you can switch off, enjoy yourselves and make the most of your time at sea.
